Charlie and the team have been incredible to deal with and there customer service is impeccable. At times there staff have delivered our items straight to the building site, something you don't see very often and certainly not the type of service we have experienced with our previous suppliers. As a Large commercial roofing company, We currently purchase all of our Roofing tek screws-coloured rivets- drill bits- silicone-dektites through Stronghold fasteners and the turn around on there items is extremely fast. With previous suppliers we would have a four week wait for bulk coloured tek screws and are now having this turned around in almost half the time. Stronghold fasteners unlike cooperate owned suppliers have a very personal approach and great follow up with the same point of contact rather then different people with every call. Although we only purchase a select range, we are well aware that they stock a vast range of fixings & this is so handy for all tradesmen making it a one stop Shop.
